Owner Rita Theil lived in Europe for over 13 years, together with her husband Robert MacKenzie and their children Jack and Kathryn.
The name of their 300-year old property in the SouthWest of France is "JacKryn"; named after their children. When they moved back to their native Canada in 2003, they saw nothing of the style and quality of products that they were used to in Europe. The idea of JacKryn France was born.
JacKryn France is a one-of-a-kind boutique that specializes in luxury home décor, accessories and hard-to-find European brands. Located in a beautiful, turn-of-the-century house, it will leave you inspired about the possibilities for your own home.
Our collections include Yves Delorme Paris, Belle Notte, Garnier Thiebault and Tissage Moutet’s exquisite line of table linens, the classic Laguiole designs of Claude Dozorme and the cult European brand Eichholtz furniture and accessories.
In keeping with the store’s heritage, visitors will also find an extensive selection of French Gourmet food and toiletries.
Everything is handpicked by proprietor Rita Theil, who travels to Europe frequently to select new and original offerings. All of the product lines feature uncompromising quality and meticulous attention to detail.
